Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is about balancing the body and mind. ‘Ha’ representing the sun and ‘tha’ the moon. This Yoga practice aims to join or balance these two energies. Movements are slow and controlled with focus on correct alignment. Expect a variety of different Yoga postures, Breathwork and Meditation.

Vin To Yin Yoga

Join us for a unique yoga experience - blending the flowing warmth of Vinyasa with the calming stillness of Yin. Perfect for all levels, this class is designed to help you find balance, release tension, and connect with both the energy of movement and the serenity of stillness. Come discover this thoughtfully crafted fusion and enjoy the best of both worlds.

Yin Yoga

It’s time to slow down.

Target the deepest connective tissues in your body (joints, ligaments, tendons, fascia) with longer held floor poses. Incorporating principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where the sequence of postures are said to improve the flow of Chi (subtle energy) through the meridian pathways (channels of the subtle body). 

This class is held once a month to mark the full moon.
