Hatha Yoga is about balancing the body and mind. ‘Ha’ representing the sun and ‘tha’ the moon. This Yoga practice aims to join or balance these two energies. Movements are slow and controlled with focus on correct alignment. Expect a variety of different Yoga postures, Breathwork and Meditation.

Blending the healing modalities of music and yoga through flowing movements. Improve your strength, flexibility and stamina, while melting away tension. Linking your breath with your movement energizes your mind, body and spirit - creating a moving meditation.

Yin Yoga
It’s time to slow down.
Target the deepest connective tissues in your body (joints, ligaments, tendons, fascia) with longer held floor poses. Incorporating principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where the sequence of postures are said to improve the flow of Chi (subtle energy) through the meridian pathways (channels of the subtle body).
