Reformer Yin Yoga
A slower, more restorative reformer experience. We use the machine to support extended holds and deep stretches, creating space through the hips, back and shoulders. The focus is on stillness, breath and gradual release. Perfect if you’re craving a deep stretch, recovery from training, or a reset for a busy mind.
