Team Sessions

We regularly work with sports teams on their recovery and injury prevention techniques. We can accommodate up to 25 players in our mobility classes at the studio or we can bring these specialized classes to your club grounds. 

 

Classes can be tailored to the clubs needs, whether it's pre-season strength and conditioning, mid-season injury prevention or post-season recovery.
