Our Reformer Pilates classes are designed to strengthen and tone your body while improving flexibility and posture.

Our small group Reformer Pilates classes have a max of 6 people to 1 instructor, giving you that personalized experience and attention.

Reformer Classes

An uplifting Pilates Reformer class for all levels. Enjoy a balanced blend of movement that strengthens, lengthens, and energises your whole body while also helping you feel calm and centred. With plenty of options to suit your needs, you’ll improve core stability, flexibility, and posture in a supportive space. Expect to leave feeling both worked out and recharged.

Postnatal Reformer

A supportive, feel-good class for new mothers to strengthen their core, improve posture, and build full-body strength after pregnancy. We’ll move at a comfortable pace, focusing on safe, effective exercises that leave you feeling strong, energised, and confident. Babies are welcome — so you can care for yourself while keeping them close.

Vital Reformer

A slower-paced reformer class designed especially for ages 60+, focusing on strength, balance, and mobility to support an active lifestyle.

Clinical Reformer

Experience the benefits of 1-2-1 instruction with our Private Clinical Reformer Pilates Sessions. Clinical Reformer Pilates is used for patient-specific treatment after an injury or surgery. Our instructors will tailor the session to your individual needs and goals, allowing for a personalized workout. Please note, GP clearance may be required along with an initial movement assessment on your first session. 

With our Private Pilates Sessions, you will receive personalized attention and guidance to ensure you get the most out of your workout and see results.
