Mat Pilates 1
Suitable for someone starting their Pilates journey. The pace is steady and supportive, allowing you to focus on correct technique while building confidence in the essentials of Pilates. Over time, you’ll develop a strong foundation that will support you in everyday movement and prepare you for more advanced exercises.
Level: Beginner

Mat Pilates 2
A fusion of Joseph Pilates’ original method with contemporary research. We move beyond the basics, promoting mobility and strength across all major muscle groups while continuing to reinforce strong core stability. Expect purposeful, controlled exercises designed to challenge coordination, balance, strength and stability. This class will leave you feeling strong, mobile, and energised.
Level: Mixed

Power Pilates
Enhance your Pilates practice with this hybrid class! We use props such as Pilates Balls, Therabands, Loop Bands, Magic Circle, Dumbbells and Kettlebells. Blending functional strength training exercises with some of the more challenging Pilates exercises.
Experience in both Pilates and weight training is recommended before attending this class.
Level: Intermediate
