Edel founded Zen Movement with a deep passion for movement and a desire to create a welcoming space for individuals to improve their physical and mental well-being.

Edel teaches with a focus on clarity, connection, and thoughtful progression. Her classes are designed to help you move well, build strength and control, and leave feeling both challenged and supported. She blends her experience across Pilates, Yoga, and fitness to create sessions that are practical, engaging, and tailored to meet people where they are.

Meet Chantelle 

Qualified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, Chantelle brings a fresh energy to the studio and a modern approach to movement. Her classes are detailed-focused, supportive and thoughtfully paced. She has a calm teaching style and places a strong emphasis on alignment, control and confidence.

Chloe brings a really grounded, approachable vibe to the studio. Her classes are strong, well-paced, and designed to make you feel like you’ve worked. She has a great eye for detail and knows exactly how to guide you so you get the most out of every movement.
