Meet Edel

Edel founded Zen Movement with a deep passion for movement and a desire to create a welcoming space for individuals to improve their physical and mental well-being. With over 20 years experience in the Health and Wellness industry, Edel brings a wealth of knowledge supported by multiple qualifications across a broad range of disciplines. In 2014, Edel gained her qualification in Education and Training and has been a Course Co-ordinator and Head Tutor on many Fitness, Personal Training, Yoga and Pilates courses since. Edel now works with ITEC as an external examiner and was more recently appointed as an Auditor for The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs Ireland).

Meet Chantelle 

Qualified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, Chantelle brings a fresh energy to the studio and a modern approach to movement. Her classes are detailed-focused, supportive and thoughtfully paced. She has a calm teaching style and places a strong emphasis on alignment, control and confidence.

Meet Sarah 

With a background in fitness and personal training, Sarah brings a strong performance-focused approach to Pilates. She is qualified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates and is known for her clear instruction, structured classes and her emphasis on strength and control.
