Prenatal Pilates 

A safe and supportive reformer Pilates class designed specifically for pregnancy. This class focuses on maintaining strength, improving posture, supporting the changing body, and preparing for birth through mindful movement and breathwork.

Using pregnancy-safe exercises and modifications, you’ll build strength, stability, mobility, and confidence while connecting with your body and growing baby. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy, with exercises adapted to meet your individual needs and experience level.

Suitable for expectant mothers who have medical clearance to exercise during pregnancy.

Postnatal Pilates 

A supportive reformer Pilates class designed for mums returning to exercise after pregnancy and birth. Focusing on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, restoring pelvic floor function, and strengthening the body in a safe and progressive way.

Babies are welcome to attend, creating a relaxed and friendly environment where you can move, recover, and reconnect with your body while spending time with your little one.

Suitable for mums who have been medically cleared to return to exercise after birth.
